Did you know you can register on-line for your 2013 AME BC individual membership and Roundup 2013 registration?

If you register on-line, your registration will be received instantly, and you will be registered “real time” for items that may otherwise sell out if you submit your registration form by mail or fax. You can also add items to your initial registration yourself on-line at a future date.

Need help getting started with the on-line registration form? Call our event registration company, CONEXSYS Event Registration at 604.488.1435, or toll free at 1.877.307.6918. Open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, closed between Christmas and New Years.

Each exhibiting company will be  issued a certain number of complimentary trade show pass codes and full delegate pass codes once registration for the conference is open (these codes will be emailed to the contact person for each booth - Note, these passes are non transferrable).

Deadline to register for complimentary passes: Friday, January 18, 2013.

Complimentary Trade Show Pass Registration

• Provides access to the trade show and other conference components that take place on the trade show floor (i.e. Core Shack, Map Tent, Prospectors’ Tent)
• Includes a complimentary 2013 AME BC individual membership
• Note – it is possible to upgrade a complimentary trade show pass to a full delegate pass (there is an option to purchase the upgrade on the trade show pass registration form)

Complimentary Full Delegate Pass Registration

• Provides access to the trade show and other conference components that take place on the trade show floor (i.e. Core Shack, Map Tent, Prospectors’ Tent)
• Includes a complimentary 2013 AME BC individual membership
• Provides access to the conference Technical Sessions
• Includes a complimentary delegate bag
• Includes a complimentary trade show floor Beer and Sandwich Lunch ticket (takes place on the last day of the trade show – Thursday, January 31)

The number of complimentary passes each exhibitor receives is dependent upon the number of days the exhibitor exhibits.
