Items Included With Each Booth, and Booth Dimensions

Items included with each booth:

• A standard flameproof 8’ backdrape
• 3’ siderails
• 750 watt power outlet 
• One 2’ x 6’ covered and skirted table will automatically be provided.  If you wish to have more than one table you will need to contact our show services provider. Contact information can be found in the Virtual Exhibitor Kit.
• Two chairs will automatically be provided. If you wish to have more than two chairs you will need to contact our show services provider. Contact information can be found in the Virtual Exhibitor Kit.
• 24-hour peripheral security (however AME BC will not accept any liability for loss or damage to the Exhibitor’s booth or materials)
• Company listing in the conference Daytimer (provided payment-in-full is received by November 2, 2012.
• Complimentary full delegate and trade show only registration(s) and AME BC 2013 Individual Memberships (numbers depend on number of days exhibiting)

Booth dimensions:

• The majority of booths are 10’ wide and 8’ deep
• Booths F17 to F23 and F26 to F31 are 10’ wide and 6’ deep

The majority of booths are located in carpeted areas of the hotel. The tent will also be carpeted.
