To make changes to an existing registration, click the “edit/add to registration” button on your confirmation email – do not create an additional registration record. If you need help accessing or editing your existing registration, contact Conexsys Event Registration.

Registration desk hours for conference badge and ticket pick-up:

  • Sunday, January 27: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Monday, January 28: 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Tuesday, January 29: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday, January 30: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Thursday, January 31: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Short courses will be checked-in using a registration list. You must pick up your own badge. Bring a print-out of your barcoded confirmation email for faster check-in.

If you are an international delegate and require a letter for visa purposes, email roundup@amebc.ca to request a letter. You must register prior to requesting a letter.
