I grew up in both northern and southern B.C., discovering mineral exploration after an engineering co-op term. That pivotal moment led me to Vancouver and into a 25-year career supporting exploration teams with service and technology partners they need to advance their work.
Starting as part of teams in junior exploration companies searching for diamonds, uranium, and silver, I later moved to the provider side, bringing technology solutions across the Americas and Australia. My passion for innovation and its adoption challenges led me to complete an MBA in Leading Innovation and Change, along with MIT’s Design Thinking program, equipping me to help clients solve industry challenges through smarter technology use.
Today, as VP of Growth, I work with Capital Limited’s entrepreneurial, innovative and community-minded group of companies, helping clients work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. We are proactive in building trust in the communities we serve and in helping our clients do so as well. Mineral exploration continues to be a vital contributor to local economies, creating jobs and supporting community initiatives across Canada and I am proud to be part of that.
