Arnav is the Coordinator, Membership at AME, where he supports member engagement initiatives, CRM implementation, volunteer programs, and the delivery of membership services and benefits. He works closely across teams on projects related to member experience, operational coordination, and program development.
Before joining AME, Arnav worked across HR, recruitment, and administrative roles, gaining experience in onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and ATS platforms including JazzHR and Workday. He enjoys building efficient systems, improving processes, and creating positive experiences for members and stakeholders.
