WorkSafeBC had created a list of COVID-19 related resources on its website. Employers have a duty to maintain a safe and healthy workplace pursuant to occupational health and safety regulations across Canada.
Correspondingly, workers have a right to refuse work if they believe it presents an undue hazard, which may be a high threshold to meet in the present circumstances.
