Historically, the Mine Reclamation Symposium returned year after year to the Vernon Lodge in Vernon, B.C. Over time, however, the variety of Mine Reclamation Symposium field trips have become one of the main draws for attendees and highlight best practices in reclamation. Accordingly, the conference has moved all over the province in pursuit of new experiences for its delegates (host cities are listed below with field trips over the past decade noted in parentheses).
